{"id":269678,"date":"2025-03-16T18:46:34","date_gmt":"2025-03-16T17:46:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elfen-und-helden.de\/packaging-instructions\/"},"modified":"2026-01-14T17:46:41","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T16:46:41","slug":"packaging-instructions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/elfen-und-helden.de\/en\/packaging-instructions\/","title":{"rendered":"Packaging instructions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px\"><strong>Information on the obligation to take back packaging material<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Under the current German Packaging Act (VerpackG), we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge in accordance with Section 15 (1) sentence 1 VerpackG: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px\">Transport packaging, such as pallets, bulk packaging, etc.,<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px\">Sales and secondary packaging that does not typically accumulate as waste with private final consumers after use,<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px\">Sales and secondary packaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility pursuant to Section 7 (5), and <\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px\">Sales packaging of filling goods containing harmful substances or<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px\">Reusable packaging.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px\">When the product is delivered, appropriate packaging material is used, which we take back free of charge. In this way, we ensure that the packaging material is returned to the recycling cycle.
