The first step is to apply a thin layer of Clear Chalk Paint\u2122 Wax and remove any excess wax with a clean, lint-free cloth. This base layer ensures that the dark wax can later be processed in a controlled manner and toned down again if necessary. <\/p>\n
The Black Chalk Paint\u2122 Wax is then applied and worked deep into the surface. It is particularly effective in recesses, brush structures, edges and details and creates an expressive, antique look. Excess black wax can be removed or lightened at any time with a little clear wax. <\/p>\n
