It accentuates textures, brushstrokes, edges, and indentations, and allows for a variety of decorative effects. <\/p>\n<p>Dark Chalk Paint\u2122 Wax is used in combination with Clear Chalk Paint\u2122 Wax. Together, these waxes can be used to seal Chalk Paint\u2122 surfaces indoors while also creating custom patina and vintage effects. <\/p>\n<p>To apply, first use a wax brush to apply a thin layer of Clear Chalk Paint\u2122 Wax to the painted surface. Work in small sections and then remove any excess wax with a clean, lint-free cloth. Next, apply Dark Chalk Paint\u2122 Wax in specific areas and work it into brush strokes, indentations, carvings, and along edges. Any excess dark wax can be removed or toned down with a little Clear Chalk Paint\u2122 Wax.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Aftercare:<\/strong> The waxed surface can be cleaned with a damp cloth. If necessary, a small amount of wax can be reapplied to areas that have seen heavy use. <\/p>\n<p>Dark Chalk Paint\u2122 Wax is intended for indoor use.
