Use of Page Insights
We use the “Page Insights” analysis function of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland; “Facebook”) on our fan page.
Meta Platforms Ireland and we are jointly responsible for data processing for the Page Insights analysis function. The basis for this is an agreement on the joint processing of personal data, which can be accessed at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum).
Meta Platforms Ireland assumes primary responsibility under the GDPR for data processing and fulfills all obligations under the GDPR with regard to the processing of this data, including the information obligations under Articles 12 and 13 GDPR, the rights of data subjects under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR and the security requirements of Articles 32 to 34 GDPR. In addition, Meta Platforms Ireland will make the essence of the Joint Processing Agreement available to the data subjects.
The Page Insights feature is used for advertising and market research purposes to provide you with more relevant content and to develop new features of interest to you. Meta Platforms Ireland uses cookies that enable your visits to the fan page to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the fan page is usually transmitted to Facebook servers in the USA and stored there. There is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission for the USA, the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF). Facebook has certified itself in accordance with the TADPF and is therefore committed to complying with European data protection principles.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR from our overriding legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the targeted design of the fan page.

Rights of the data subject
If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability.
You also have the right to data portability under Art. 21 (1) GDPR. 1 GDPR has a right of objection to the processing, which is based on Article 6(0). 1 f GDPR, as well as against processing for direct marketing purposes.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

Right to object
If the personal data processing listed here is based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to such processing with effect for the future.
Once you have objected, the processing of the data concerned will be terminated unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
