Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and the United States.

Shipping (including statutory value added tax)

Deliveries in Germany: 

We charge the shipping costs a flat rate of 5.90 € per order.

From an order value of € 100.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) we charge as follows:
Furniture is shipped via a freight carrier! Free shipping does not apply to these items.
Germany – €100.00
Worldwide – €250.00

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:

Norway: €26.50
Switzerland: €26.50
UK: €26.50
USA: €26.50
From an order value of 250,00 € we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, domestic shipments (within Germany) will be delivered within 3–5 days, and international shipments within 8–14 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment order).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
