Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria.

Shipping (including statutory value added tax)

Deliveries in Germany: 

We charge the shipping costs a flat rate of 5.90 € per order.

From an order value of € 100.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) we charge as follows:
Furniture will be shipped by forwarding agent! Free shipping does not apply here.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
