WoodUbend Moldings

WoodUbend Moldings are wooden moldings/ornaments produced in a special pressing process for the quick and easy decoration of furniture, art objects, glassware and many other everyday objects.

The ornaments can be shaped and cut while warm using a hairdryer or heat gun. Thus, they can be placed around various shapes. Whether it’s pimping a bottle or an ornament on a piece of furniture you want to have over corner.

In a cold and therefore solid state, they can be drilled, carved and processed with sandpaper.

You can also paint them. Whether with wood stains, acrylic lacquers or chalk colours of all kinds.

WoodUbend is a small and dynamic company based in the North of England with production facilities in Central Europe. Sister company Posh Chalk Interiors of Leeds is run by Solly Jo Lewis, who has a wealth of experience in craft and upcycling and is known to many of our customers worldwide through her entertaining live programs on Facebook.

The story of WoodUbend began in 2018 when Solly Jo came across a new manufacturing process and recognized the potential for what it offered. We brought the concept back to the UK and started with a small selection of designs. The first molded part was sold at the end of October 2018. This small range has now expanded enormously.

There are currently around 3250 mold designs in total, including some large and elaborate designs that are made to special order.

Some of the molds used to produce these molded parts/ornaments are produced in-house using the latest 3D printing technology.

By the way, on our social media channels there are a lot of suggestions and tips for the application of the products.

The possibilities are inexhaustible. Only your imagination is pushing the limits!
