Patterned stripes ??

Patterned stripes are extremely decorative and not that heavy.

In this project, I fitted the interior doors with it. I used the following products:

Dixiebelle Terra Clay Paint Elderberry
Dixiebelle Terra Clay Paint Lani’s Lagoon
Belles & Whistles Stencil Morocco
Dixiebelle French Tip Brush
Dixiebelle The Belle Brush
Painter’s crepe

And these are the individual steps:

1. Clean with DB White Lightning

2. Apply 1 or 2 coats of a base color for the desired coverage.

3. Allow to dry.

4. Use painter’s tape for the stripes. You can either measure or use a piece of tape as a spacer

I’m using a piece of tape here as a spacer for the strips

5. Apply the second color to your stripes and let the paint dry

6. For the sake of simplicity, use a stencil of your choice and the base color of the project for the pattern. In this case, the Elderberry

7. even the unveiling of the stencil is extremely satisfying ?

8. Last but not least, remove the masking tape

uuand ….. Voilà ?

If you have used clay paint, be sure❗️ to seal your project
