Annie Sloan Metallic Paint – Traditional Gold (118 ml)
The metallic paint in “Traditional Gold” from Annie Sloan adds a touch of opulence to your creative projects. The warm, antique-inspired gold tone ensures timeless elegance and subtle vintage charm.
This water-based metallic paint is easy to apply and is ideal for furniture, walls, ornaments and decorative details in interiors. The finish looks elegant and silky with a soft satin sheen.
Different effects can be achieved depending on the number of coats applied: One thin coat creates a delicate, translucent shimmer, while two coats create a more intense, opaque gold look.
For best results, stir the paint well and apply with a flat brush or small foam roller. The surface should be clean, dry and fully cured.

Ideal for setting accents, highlighting edges or giving your furniture a luxurious finish with a classic golden touch.
Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Completely remove old layers of wax, silicone residue or care products.
If the surface has already been painted, the paint should be completely dry. Lightly sand smooth, heavily used or very glossy surfaces if necessary.
Stir the Metallic Paint thoroughly before use so that the pigments are evenly distributed.
Application
Apply thinly and evenly with a high-quality flat brush or a small foam roller.
One coat creates a delicate, transparent shimmer. Two coats create a more intense, opaque metallic look.
Allow to dry for approx. 2-4 hours between coats. Do not use outdoors.
Sealing
No additional sealing is required for decorative elements and surfaces subject to little wear.
For surfaces subject to greater wear, additional sealing with Chalk Paint™ Lacquer (Matt or Gloss) is recommended to increase durability.
Wax is not recommended for Metallic Paint as it can change the gloss level.
Care
Clean surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive sponges.
If necessary, the Metallic Paint can be partially touched up.
